Guided Tour : Edit Estimate

An Estimate already created can be Edited/Viewed by the user, if the user who is registered and logged in is the same and if the Estimate is open.

The Estimate is said to be open as long as the purchase order has not been generated for that estimate.

The user is provided with a dropdown menu containing all his previously created open estimates. The user can select any of them and either Edit the estimate or View the estimates.  Create a estimate template and update as needed.

In the Edit function, the user can add or delete items from the estimate and also can change the price or quantity of any of the items listed in the estimate. All estimates are identified  based on the project name.
